PACE Financial Servicing is pleased to share that Jessa Coleman will be speaking about PACE financing at this year’s 2020 NaCo Legislative Conference in Washington, DC. The National Association of Counties (NaCo) is an organization that advocates on behalf of counties in federal policymaking, promotes “best practice” policies and processes, nurtures leadership and networks, optimizes county and taxpayer resources, and educates the public on the value of county government. NaCo serves nearly 40,000 county-elected officials and 3.6 million county employees.
The NaCo Legislative Conference brings together nearly 2,000 elected and appointed county officials to focus on federal policy issues that impact counties and residents. Attendees have the opportunity to engage in second-to-none policy sessions, interact with federal officials, and participate in congressional briefings and meetings. Jessa Coleman will be speaking on February 29th during the Policy Steering Committee meetings to the Environment, Energy, and Land Use (EELU) committee. The committee will be meeting from 1:45PM to 4:30PM.
Jessa will speak on the joint state and local effort required to implement PACE programs, and the importance of drafting enabling statutes and ordinances that standardize the PACE market and attract private capital.
